Will work on the following:

Skating

Dynamic edge work (getting efficient in turning with speed, backwards and forwards, with and without the puck)

Explosive strides to increase speed and quickness

Balance and agility in tight areas 

Shooting

Working on generating power with our whole body

Being able to shoot from different positions including generating power off both feet

Shooting in stride, with a focus on deception

Scoring drills that include being able to execute in high danger areas 

Stickhandling

Being able to be efficient stickhandling with our head up

Setting ourselves up to be in a good shooting position with stickhandling

Being able to work out of tight spaces to create space to make a play
